All returns are free!

To return a product bought directly on beautyrest.com within the first 100 days, please fill out our return form HERE. Our return policy allows for one return or exchange per household, per 12 months. This means we can only return and refund or exchange one mattress purchased within the same 12 months.

For mattresses purchased through a different retailer, please reach out directly to them to enquire about their return policy.
