How do I exchange my Beautyrest.com product?

If you're still within your 100-Night Sleep Trial and purchased directly through Beautyrest.com, you do have the ability to exchange for a new product.

Please give us a call at 877-298-4955 so we can walk you through the exchange process. We'll place your new order over the phone, charge the difference in cost between the two items (or refund the difference accordingly), and walk you through the steps for the removal of the original product.

Keep in mind that an exchange will void the sleep trial for the new product.
