How can I file a claim or purchase replacement parts for my adjustable base?

Adjustable bases sold on Beautyrest.com, are made by one of two manufacturers: Ergomotion and Nisco. Both handle all warranty claims directly and can help out with replacement parts and accessory purchases. You can see who manufactured your frame by checking the law tag on your frame.
