How do I file a warranty claim for my accessories?

To file a warranty claim for your Beautyrestbedding purchased directly through Beautyrest.com, we ask that you email our team at support@beautyrest.com and provide your 16-digit order number, a photo of the sewn-in labels from the defective product, and a photo of the issue with the product.

If your accessories were not purchased directly from Beautyrest.com, you will be working directly with the manufacturer to resolve your warranty issue.
