When will I receive my Beautyrest.com order?

When ordering directly from our site, for RXO-delivered items, it will take approximately 2-4 weeks for your items to be ready for delivery. The delivery company will usually reach out to schedule a delivery day with you directly within five business days of the order being placed.

Delivery hours are typically Monday through Saturday, 7 am - 7 pm. This excludes all major holidays. Delivery dates can vary and will depend on the delivery team's availability in your area.

For FedEx delivered items, delivery is not scheduled, and items will generally be delivered to your front door within 1-3 weeks.

If you ordered your Beautyrest product at a different retailer, please contact your local Beautyrest dealer for delivery verification. Delivery arrangements vary by dealer and location.
