Will my old mattress be removed during delivery?

Purchasing most items on Beautyrest.com will come with free White Glove Delivery through our delivery partners.

This service will include delivery and set up, as well as removal of packaging, old mattress, and box spring (if applicable). Customers will receive one setup and one removal per mattress ordered. All mattresses removed using White Glove Delivery must be in a sanitary condition.

For mattresses purchased through an alternate retailer, please reach out directly to them to enquire about their old mattress removal policy.
