Can I specify a delivery date?

We are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date. For all items delivered via our White Glove Delivery Service, the delivery company will usually reach out to schedule a delivery time within a week of the order being placed. You will be able to choose the day that works best for you based on their availability.

Within a week of the order being placed, our delivery partners will send an email with instructions on how to schedule your delivery online. They will also try to contact you by phone.

For items delivered via FedEx Ground or UPS, you will not be able to schedule a specific delivery date.
