Is a signature required for delivery?

A signature is not required for packages shipped through our shippers FedEx Ground or UPS, which means you do not have to be home when delivery is attempted.

FedEx drivers will attempt to deliver packages to the front door (if they have direct access to it) or wherever packages are typically received at multi-dwelling units, such as mailrooms or leasing offices. Three consecutive delivery attempts will be made before our shippers will return a package to us.
