Why hasn't the delivery company contacted me yet?

Our delivery service, RXO, will usually reach out to you within two weeks of the order being placed, in order to schedule a delivery date. If you placed your order more than two weeks ago and RXO has not yet reached out to you, please let us know at support@beautyrest.com.
