What should I do if my item was delivered damaged?

For orders placed directly on Beautyrest.com, if you feel your new product is damaged upon its arrival, you can refuse to accept the delivery.

If you notice the damage after the delivery, we ask that you send photos of the damage and the law tags on the item to us via email at support@beautyrest.com. Our Customer Support team will take a look and help to troubleshoot as quickly as possible.

If a replacement is needed, we will provide new shipping information and details on what to do with the damaged item.
