My estimate said delivery would occur on a specific date, why is that not happening?
During checkout, you are provided with an estimated delivery date based on the item(s) ordered and your location.
While this is only an estimate, our delivery partners at RXO will ultimately contact you to schedule an exact delivery date within two weeks of your order being placed.
For FedEx delivered items, you will not be contacted to schedule delivery and will only be given a delivery estimate.
